David, the C&L rep came out and spent some time measuring around our property and speaking with me about our concerns and pressure washing needs. He provided a detailed quote with several options. C&L provided pressure washing services for our house, pool cage, driveway, walkways, street gutter as well as paver sealing service for our front porch and back pool areas. Everyone from the office (Lindsay and Alex) to the technicians (Shyheem, Curtis and others) were friendly and professional. The techs were very thorough and respectful. Our house/property is looking fresh!

If you need residential pressure washing, you need to hire C&L Pressure Washing Services. I had an emergency situation where an unexpected oil leak happened on my driveway the day before my house went on the market. I needed someone to come out that day to work on the oil stain. I googled pressure washing near me and C&L came up high in the results. After calling a few other places and no one answering I tried calling C&L. Thank goodness Lindsey answered! She explained that they wouldn't be able to get the stain completely out but they could lighten it up quite a bit. I thanked Lindsey for her transparency. Recognizing the urgency of the issue, Lindsey put me on the schedule for later that day. Rashon arrived on time and was courteous and professional from the start. When Rashon finished we noticed that some of the paint on my front porch had chipped off. Rashon called Lindsey to let her know. Lindsey explained to me that Rashon had used the lowest setting but because of the age of the paint, some of it chipped off regardless. Even though C&L was not at fault for the chipped paint, Lindsey volunteered to fix it (without me even asking!). This was a complete surprise. Lindsey assured me she would fix the chipped paint the very next day, before our house actually hit the market. I cannot recommend C&L enough! They were worth every penny. If you're looking for a pressure washing service you could hire Joe Schmo pressure washing off a sign you saw on the side of the road and take your chances on the quality and customer service. But if you want the job done right with the best customer service in town, hire C&L. You won't be disappointed!

Walter, your onsite serviceman, was polite and asked if I had any concerns such as any leaking window, etc... I did not, but I welcomed the question.I was asked to conduct a walk-through after the cleaning was complete. I did not have any concerns, but if I did, they would have been addressed and taken care of then and there, and I liked that opportunity.I have already rebooked for next year,

My technician Walter and Shy were very respectful, (not only towards me but also my property. When ask to come in my house, they removed their shoes. Without being asked to. They made sure my garden and grass area were protected) both were very professional; Walter appeared to be the man in charge. But Shy worked on autopilot. Both made an effective team. When they were done Walter shown me before and after pictures that he took on his phone. Saving me the trip to the roof. While Shy put stuff away and made sure the place was clean. I live in community where the HOA are not too nice. But I’m very pleased with the way my roof was done, the was my roof looks and their hard work. I hope they are valued in your organization

Our roof is only about 4 years old and it is light grey in color. Noticed that it was looking black and had streaks of the light grey. Had C&L Pressure Washing Services come out and give me an estimate and the next week they were here to clean my roof. The guys were very professional and explained everything they were going to do and that they would come back in 30 days to check and reclean, for free, if needed.I noticed the difference right away before they were even done, the roof looked light grey again, just like new. I would recommend them to anyone that needs there roof cleaned to make it last longer. The price was well worth it, better then having to replace the roof!

I highly recommend C&L Pressed Washing. We had our pavers on our porch, patio, sidewalks and Driveway cleaned, stripped and resealed. We didn’t have to wait for estimates and they serviced us the next week. Very professional and they take pride in their work and don’t stop till their satisfied! We had them back again to wash our roof, house, pool area, windows, gutters and light wash of pavers. They don’t disappoint!

This was prob one of the best experiences from start to finish. My first phone call to Lindsey not only gave me an affordable estimate but she quickly had me scheduled and booked. On actual wash day, of course it was raining the only day of the week when Bobby and Walter arrived. Poor guys worked hard through the rain with smiles on their faces. They not only were professional they were courteous enough to move items around for me, so that I did not have to go into the rain. Once complete Walter walked me around the home and my home was completely transformed from an old dirty relic of a home into the natural beauty on the water she is! I truly am thankful to Lindsey, Walter and Bobby for making this extremely affordable, easy and professional from start to finish.

I saw one of the work trucks in the neighborhood. I stopped and asked for information. The owner treated me with such genuine care and guided me through the process of appointment booking. I wasn’t skeptical because of the well done job that I witnessed being done in the neighborhood, I was skeptical because I wasn’t sure my situation was able to be tackled. After booking the appointment and a finished job, I truly do recommend for any job or stain. God has truly blessed the company to provide exceptional, prompt & dependable services. I recommend for everyone to recommend, and make good use of their personnel. My only complaint is that It would’ve been nice to have known about this hidden gem sooner.
