We had C&L pressure and soft wash our roof, house, sidewalk, driveway, pool deck and fence. The place looks great! Concrete is a porous material which is why it is susceptible to staining and discoloration making it very hard to clean. The more porous the concrete, the deeper contaminants are able to penetrate. If you need residential pressure washing, you need to hire C&L Pressure Washing Services. I had an emergency situation where an unexpected oil leak happened on my driveway the day before my house went on the market. I needed someone to come out that day to work on the oil stain. I googled pressure washing near me and C&L came up high in the results. After calling a few other places and no one answering I tried calling C&L. Thank goodness Lindsey answered! She explained that they wouldn't be able to get the stain completely out but they could lighten it up quite a bit. I thanked Lindsey for her transparency. Recognizing the urgency of the issue, Lindsey put me on the schedule for later that day. Rashon arrived on time and was courteous and professional from the start. When Rashon finished we noticed that some of the paint on my front porch had chipped off. Rashon called Lindsey to let her know. Lindsey explained to me that Rashon had used the lowest setting but because of the age of the paint, some of it chipped off regardless. Even though C&L was not at fault for the chipped paint, Lindsey volunteered to fix it (without me even asking!). This was a complete surprise. Lindsey assured me she would fix the chipped paint the very next day, before our house actually hit the market. I cannot recommend C&L enough! They were worth every penny. If you're looking for a pressure washing service you could hire Joe Schmo pressure washing off a sign you saw on the side of the road and take your chances on the quality and customer service. But if you want the job done right with the best customer service in town, hire C&L. You won't be disappointed!
