David, the C&L rep came out and spent some time measuring around our property and speaking with me about our concerns and pressure washing needs. He provided a detailed quote with several options. C&L provided pressure washing services for our house, pool cage, driveway, walkways, street gutter as well as paver sealing service for our front porch and back pool areas. Everyone from the office (Lindsay and Alex) to the technicians (Shyheem, Curtis and others) were friendly and professional. The techs were very thorough and respectful. If you need residential pressure washing, you need to hire C&L Pressure Washing Services. I had an emergency situation where an unexpected oil leak happened on my driveway the day before my house went on the market. I needed someone to come out that day to work on the oil stain. I googled pressure washing near me and C&L came up high in the results. After calling a few other places and no one answering I tried calling C&L. Thank goodness Lindsey answered! She explained that they wouldn't be able to get the stain completely out but they could lighten it up quite a bit. I thanked Lindsey for her transparency. Recognizing the urgency of the issue, Lindsey put me on the schedule for later that day. Rashon arrived on time and was courteous and professional from the start. When Rashon finished we noticed that some of the paint on my front porch had chipped off. Rashon called Lindsey to let her know. Lindsey explained to me that Rashon had used the lowest setting but because of the age of the paint, some of it chipped off regardless. Even though C&L was not at fault for the chipped paint, Lindsey volunteered to fix it (without me even asking!). This was a complete surprise. Lindsey assured me she would fix the chipped paint the very next day, before our house actually hit the market. I cannot recommend C&L enough! They were worth every penny. If you're looking for a pressure washing service you could hire Joe Schmo pressure washing off a sign you saw on the side of the road and take your chances on the quality and customer service. But if you want the job done right with the best customer service in town, hire C&L. You won't be disappointed!

I did not, but I welcomed the question.I was asked to conduct a walk-through after the cleaning was complete. My technician Walter and Shy were very respectful, (not only towards me but also my property. When ask to come in my house, they removed their shoes. Without being asked to. They made sure my garden and grass area were protected) both were very professional; Walter appeared to be the man in charge. But Shy worked on autopilot. Both made an effective team. When they were done Walter shown me before and after pictures that he took on his phone. Saving me the trip to the roof. While Shy put stuff away and made sure the place was clean. I live in community where the HOA are not too nice. But I’m very pleased with the way my roof was done, the was my roof looks and their hard work. I hope they are valued in your organization
